1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Winkeys: Windows Shortcuts for Mac, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The product
Winkeys remaps Windows-style keyboard shortcuts on macOS. Basic is free. Premium is a one-time lifetime license sold on winkeys.app (not a subscription). Features may change as we ship updates.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Winkeys on Macs you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law. Premium codes are for your use; do not share or sell them.
4. macOS permissions
Winkeys needs Accessibility permission to remap keys. You are responsible for granting or denying that permission in System Settings. We are not responsible for conflicts with other remappers (for example Karabiner-Elements) or with system shortcuts you customize.
5. Payments and refunds
Premium is billed by Stripe as a one-time payment. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Keyboard remapping can affect other apps; use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yash Vadaria and Winkeys are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for a paid license is limited to the amount you paid for Premium.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
