Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refunds are available for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date.
• We need proof of purchase (the email you used at checkout, or the Stripe receipt).
• The free Basic download does not require a refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email windowsshortcutsmac@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email you paid with.
2. Once approved, we process the refund within 5-10 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to show the credit.
